Process

Understand. Structure. Position. Place.

Analysis before outreach. A targeted lender process through closing.

01

Understand

Evaluate the business, financing objective, timing, financial performance, collateral and existing obligations. Identify missing information and issues that could affect execution.

Output: Situation assessment and initial financing requirements.

02

Structure

Test debt capacity, liquidity and borrowing-base availability. Develop sources and uses, proposed capitalization and lender-selection criteria, including downside scenarios.

Output: Financing structure, supporting analyses and a targeted lender list.

03

Position

Prepare lender-ready materials that explain the request, repayment sources, collateral, key risks and supporting evidence. Resolve material information gaps before starting outreach.

Output: Credit presentation and an organized diligence package.

04

Place

Run targeted lender outreach, compare proposals and negotiate commercial terms. Coordinate diligence, documentation and closing requirements with management, lenders and counsel. Financing remains subject to approval and definitive documents.

Output: A managed lender process and closing coordination; no commitment or outcome is assured.
