Financing assessment
Know what your business can support. Then approach lenders.
Before you refinance, acquire a business or fund an ownership transition, understand your debt capacity, liquidity needs and financing options. Sabine turns the analysis into a practical financing plan.
Discuss an assessmentA focused advisory engagement. Lender outreach can follow under a separately agreed scope.
What you receive
A basis for the decision.
Debt capacity & liquidity analysis
Assess cash flow, debt service and liquidity under base and downside scenarios.
Collateral & borrowing-base review
Evaluate potential availability, eligibility constraints and reserves where relevant.
Financing alternatives
Compare structures, repayment requirements and key trade-offs.
Recommended next steps
Identify information gaps, credit issues and the work needed before lender outreach.
When an assessment helps
Start with the decision.
What can replace our existing debt without constraining the business?
Assess existing obligations, maturity dates and cash requirements. Compare replacement structures against debt-service capacity and the liquidity the business needs to operate.
How much of the plan can debt reasonably fund?
Test acquisition or growth funding alongside working capital, capital expenditure and existing debt. Develop sources and uses, assess the equity requirement and identify financing constraints.
What shareholder payments can the business sustain?
Model proposed payments alongside existing obligations and operating cash needs. Evaluate timing and funding alternatives while preserving liquidity for the business.
A standalone engagement
Analysis first. A clear next step.
Start with a focused assessment when you need to evaluate financing options before committing to a lender process. We agree the decision to be addressed, the information required and the deliverables for your situation.
Scope and fees are agreed before work begins. An assessment is not a financing commitment. If you decide to proceed to lender outreach, that work is separately agreed.
