Disciplined Execution
We prepare the financing request, coordinate lender discussions and manage diligence through closing. Clear responsibilities and direct senior attention help keep the process moving.
Firm & leadership
Founded in Dallas in 2010, Sabine brings banking, credit, investing and operating experience to middle-market debt assignments.
Why Sabine
Debt markets are fragmented. A bank, specialty finance company and private credit fund can underwrite the same borrower differently—and the differences extend well beyond pricing.
Sabine works on the borrower’s side to translate a business need into a financeable structure, identify the right capital sources and maintain momentum through closing. Senior professionals remain close to the analysis, lender dialogue and decisions.
We prepare the financing request, coordinate lender discussions and manage diligence through closing. Clear responsibilities and direct senior attention help keep the process moving.
Our work spans twenty-two facility types across corporate credit, fund finance, working capital, acquisitions and special situations. We evaluate structures against the borrower’s needs and repayment capacity.
We compare banks, non-bank lenders and private credit funds according to the mandate. Recommendations consider pricing, structure, covenants and execution requirements.
We represent the borrower in lender discussions and negotiations, with attention to financing terms, operating flexibility and future capital needs.
Our experience across credit cycles informs how we assess lender appetite, financing alternatives and the issues that need to be resolved before closing.
We work with cross-border parent and operating companies, holding companies, SPVs and fund vehicles. We help lenders understand the borrowing structure, collateral and sources of repayment.
We work with our broker-dealer partners on transactions requiring broker-dealer involvement, including sales of preferred and common equity and applicable M&A transactions.
